Delete your Acuo account and data
To delete your Acuo account and the data linked to it, email (the address will be published here before the app is released) from the address you use to sign in to Acuo, with the subject “Delete my account”. You don’t need the app installed to do this.

How to request deletion
- Write to (the address will be published here before the app is released) from the email address of your Acuo account. If you sign in with Google, write from the email address of that Google account.
- We reply to confirm the request came from the owner of the account.
- We delete the data listed below and write back when it is done — within one month of your request.
Deleting the account from inside the app is not available yet; until it is, email is the way to request it.
What is deleted
- your account: the email address or Google account identifier;
- the link between your account and the installs you played on;
- the game results, device profiles and reminder history of those installs;
- redeemed promo codes and the access they gave.
What is kept
- encrypted backups of the database, for up to 14 days after deletion — then they are gone too;
- crash reports: they carry no user or install identifier, so they can’t be linked to you;
- anything we are required by law to keep, for as long as the law requires. At the moment we keep no such records about players.
Without an account
If you played without signing in, your results are linked only to random identifiers created on your phone, not to your name or email. Uninstalling the app removes them from the phone. To have the results stored on our server deleted as well, write to (the address will be published here before the app is released), and we’ll help you find them.
